How we measure availability
Scope: the API gateway, public vehicle catalog, and MCP discovery endpoint. These checks do not verify every API route, database health, or authenticated MCP tools. Availability is the percentage of successful recorded checks; missed monitoring intervals are excluded. Responses over 3 seconds are degraded but available; requests time out after 10 seconds. Incidents open after two consecutive unhealthy checks and resolve after two healthy checks. Gray days have no recorded checks.
